Free Standard Shipping On Applicable Products
Free standard shipping on products where noted, excluding gift card payment method orders (merchandise subtotal is calculated before sales tax, gift wrap charges, and after any discounts or coupons). Truck delivery and shipping surcharges on over-sized or extremely heavy items will still apply (these charges are indicated on the appropriate product information pages and will be displayed in the shipping subtotal of your order). Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with "Standard – Free”. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.
Orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. These order estimates do not apply to International, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Wholesale/Business Direct orders.
Shipping/Delivery Time & Pricing For Standard, Expedited World, and Global Express Shipping
We currently offer three shipping options for deliveries within the United States & Canada: Standard, Expedited and Express.

The cost for shipping varies based on the product, delivery location and total order amount. An additional surcharge may apply to some items due to their size and/or weight. The surcharge, if applicable, will be noted on the product description page as well as the shipping subtotal of your order.
Where Else Do We Ship?
APO/FPO – We proudly offer Standard shipping to Military addresses! Please note that due to carrier size restrictions not all items are available for shipment. If an item you have selected is not eligible, a message will be displayed during checkout. Orders are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or similar suitable global carrier and can take up to 4-8 weeks for delivery.
US Territories – We currently offer shipping to Puerto Rico. For information on shipping to other US Territories, please call email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How Do We Ship?
Parcel – Your shipment will arrive via FedEx, UPS, or similar Global Courier. Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. The carrier may leave the package, if they feel it is safe, in locations such as patio, garage and any exterior doors. If you are not home, and it is determined unsafe to leave the package, a note will be left with directions on how to receive your order. Help is always available, email us at email@example.com
Truck Delivery – When the size and or weight of your shipment exceed the limits of our parcel carriers, your item will be delivered via one of our trusted freight carriers. Delivery timeframes will be stated in your cart. Due to carrier restrictions, items requiring truck delivery cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, or internationally.
Truck Delivery Options
We recognize this is a challenging time, and we will remain deeply committed to the safety and welfare of our customers and associates. Out of an abundance of caution, we will no longer be offering room of choice or white glove delivery options. All deliveries will be left at your doorstep or in your garage as a result of social distancing guidelines.
Truck Deliveries – For your convenience, we offer 4 service levels for delivery. Delivery expectations for each item will be listed in your cart.
Not all delivery options are available for each item. Available options and charges will be shown on the product detail page.
Threshold service provides the next level of convenience: your purchase is delivered directly inside your front door or garage, or if you reside in an apartment building, it will be left in your apartment lobby. Moving your item within your home is your responsibility.
Room of Choice:
Let us do the heavy lifting for you! With Room of Choice, your purchase is unloaded and delivered to any room or outdoor space. Room of Choice is especially handy for oversized, bulky or heavy items, or for delivery to multi-story homes or apartment buildings. Your purchase will be delivered to a single in-home location; subsequent moving or positioning is your responsibility. Carton and packing material removal is not included with Room of Choice service.
White Glove Delivery:
Don't want to deal with unboxing and disposing of the packing material? With White Glove, your purchase is unloaded, delivered to the room, area or outdoor space of your choice and unboxed with limited set-up*. Carton and packing material removal is included. For mattress delivery, white glove includes removal of your old mattress.*An item requiring set up does not require tools to complete; includes items such as inserting a table leaf.
White Glove with Assembly – Available on select items:
White Glove with Assembly is the ultimate experience in convenience. Your purchase is unloaded, delivered to the room, area or outdoor space of your choice and fully assembled. Carton and packing material removal is included. For mattress delivery, white glove includes removal of your old mattress.
Truck Delivery Requirements
Please review the conditions below to ensure a successful delivery.
Accepting Your Truck Delivery
Someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for your delivery. Also, please note that once your delivery is schedule and confirmed, if you are not home to accept the delivery, you will be responsible for all shipping, storage, and manufacturer charges (Cancellation & Restocking fees).
While the delivery person is present AND prior to signing for delivery:
- Open and Inspect the item(s).
- For any damage (even minimal), write "Package Damaged: on the delivery form.
- Call us immediately to report any defects or damages.
Within 48 hours if you notice missing or damaged parts, call us and we will send you replacement parts free of charge. Alternative, we may have the damage repaired.
For all deliveries:
- Street access must be at least 10 feet wide
- There can be no vehicle weight restrictions on the roads leading to your home
- Overhead street clearance must be at least 14 feet high
If you opt for Room of Choice or White Glove deliveries, also need to ensure that:
- All stairways, doorways, hallways & turns are least 36 in. wide
- There are no more than two flights of stairs, up to 15 steps each
- All existing furniture must be removed from the area by the recipient prior to delivery
Additional charges and fees may apply for circumstances outside of the parameters listed above, including but not limited to narrow or gravel driveways; narrow, tight or irregular spaces and corners; gated communities. You can always Contact Us with additional questions or details.
Returning Truck Delivery Questions?
Low + Good reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.
Gift cards – Orders containing Gift Cards and no other merchandise will be shipped at no charge via USPS. Expedited Service is available for a flat rate of $5.00. If a Gift Card is purchased along with other items, the shipping charge related to the Gift Card will be waived when Expedited Service is selected.
Low + Good is not responsible for loss or damage to items occurring after delivery by the carrier to you.
